Direct boat to the island from port PIRAEUS in Athens (about 1h).

Daily Program
Every day we will try to have a detox from sugar, fat food, cigarettes, telephone/internet. A real slow down week.
The hotel is a very quiet place, with a beautiful view from each room, each balcony. The hotel team provide a discrete, professional service.
There is possibility to have a massage on demand.
The goal of our program is to have a peaceful and calm stay.
8h-9h Breakfast: egg and ham for morning dose of proteins, Greek bread and honey, coffee,milk, orange juice, yellow cheese.
9h-10h30 First soft gymnastic Pilates séance.
11h-12h Refreshment time, first swim in the sea.
12h – 15h Lunch time: fresh fish, fresh salads, sorbet and fruits salads for desserts. Followed by free time for siesta, book time, etc.
18h–20h Evening gym, jogging, aqua gym, or hiking on the island possibility to rent a bike/ scooter/ boat (alternating each second day).
